History

All started in 1939 when Hayri Saglam bought a couple of hand-operated socks machines when he was 12 years old . Soon he increased the production capacity and brought the first electrically operated machines to Turkey , thereby becoming one of the most renown socks producers in the beginning of 60s. Thereafter the sock production , He achieved to make the textile a family culture , with sons Abdullah , Mehmet Fatih , Orhan ve Cengiz Saglam by setting Has Iplik Yarn Spinning Co. and Ha-Sa Textile Circular Knitting Co. which continued their operations till the end of 1990s.

Today , This culture started by Hayri Saglam the grandfather in 30s , is the led by the grandson Omer Saglam , who got a start in business in late 90s and has been in business since then with joy and pride that stem from being the third generation as the owner of Aushra Foreign Trade Co. , Saglam Socks Co. , Sockisticated and Socksware companies.
